Looking Back....

Hello and welcome to the last week of The year.

By far the best thing of this year was the camp. There were many Exciting things that happened. I loved Body Boarding  and doing a bridge on the water or even kayaking. I even made one of my best friends at camp!

Im really proud That I did more athletic things such as Basketball pushing myself for cross country and just trying my hardest. Im also proud of how much I worked on finishing my work on time!

My goal for 2019,
I really need to work on my reading so I'm going to get more library books out my main goal is to get at least one book out a week.

I want to say goodbye to all the year 8's,
Most of my friends are year 8's and i'm going to miss them I hope they have fun and we'll all miss them.

First Week Back

Hello! Welcome to Week 1 of Term  4

Nothing Really happened this week But we moved to a new class from upstairs to downstairs we had to carry chairs and everything but our desk to our new and improved class!

On the 18th (yesterday) We had athletics,We walked down to ANZAC Park and then we got set up in our year level (I went home straight away .....Because I'm lazy) I know there was running,long jump and a lot more From what I hear it was fun (if your athletic....Which I'm not).

I really think its a good idea to get people to do this because if you make them do this then they might pay attention more and might respect them self and others This took about 5 minutes I really enjoyed this (probably because i love Writing and math!/i'm a nerd)

Growing Healthy bodies

Hello and Today We will be talking about growing healthy Bodies

Have you ever wondered  Why the Yum foods and drinks Are always the Unhealthy aption

We all should Know that Suger is yum!!

But to make drinks how much suger do they use

In popular drinks like Coke?

In coke there is 11 g

Did you know that they use chemicals to hide how much suger they use?

With all that you cant say that Coke is heathy!!!! 

But its Yum I hear you say..

It may be yum but with that amount of sugar your immune system won't be as aware and your blood levels will rise!

Its not just the Normal Suger treats it can also be vegetables,I'm not saying don't eat vegetables because you need vegetables Its just someways you make the vegetables 

Like my mum makes carrots with alot of suger!!

One thing you wouldn't expect is water normal water there is no suger 

But in pump Flavored water the Suger Content is 17gms but in total teaspoons there is 4 teaspoons
